New Mexico Alcohol Ban

F9 still doesn't serve on flights to ABQ, the FA's give the standard speech then when ordered they come back and say no airlines serve going to New Mexico. I fly WN, UA and AA to ABQ frequently and always am served. Yet F9 doesn't.
Fact is F9 was banned Feb, 2007 and never tried to get a liquor license from NM, yet the FA's tell everyone all airlines are banned from serving. Crazy.
F9, US Airway's and NWA are the only airlines not serving to ABQ. Delta, WN, AA, Contiential and UA all serve. Yes, it was US Airways that over served a drunk on a flight to ABQ and he was drunk before he boarded. He got in his truck and killed him self and 5 others in Jan. '07.
I guess the cost of license is too much when in Chapter 11.
All I ever wanted was 1 glass of white wine? One............
