But St Peter's isn't in Italy! It is (technically) not even a parish church! LOL
As to BA -- Remember club kitchen is for those in J/F. I don't think Y gets a mid flight snack. I know when I've gotten J upgrades there was no snack in on LHR -- IAH flights, and those are a good 10 hrs. That said, BA has generally good service, and the Y food/drinks aren't terrible.
