Why do most online reservations systems list the equipment for Airbus flights as "Airbus Industrie Jet" instead of specifying what kind (319/320/321)? I know some airlines switch aircraft types in and out (for example, Swissair would assign a 319, 320, or 321 to a certain flight on the day of the flight based on loads) but US doesn't do this (except for irregularities). You can just bring up the timetable and find the specific aircraft type.
Also, how does one pronounce the aircraft type?
319= "Three Nineteen" or "Three One Nine"
320= "Three Twenty" or "Three Two Zero"
321= "Three Twenty One" or "Three Two One:
330= "Three Thirty" or "Three Three Zero"
All the things that we wonder.
