PHL immigration was 25 minutes owing to the fact that the AMS, BRU, FCO, LGW, and British Air LGW flights arrived within 5 minutes of each other.

Customs was 5 minutes after being dragged into secondary.

The've redone the international recheck line at PHL such that you have to reclear security. The line was about 45 minutes. We were told that the entrance to "C" was wide open and went there. OOPS. That line stretched just to the end of the moving walkway leading to the parking garage but went in about 15 - 20 minutes. I did consider going over to D concourse but had done enough walking...
