What's the best way to cancel my Chase debit card?
Last Spring I went for the 20k miles to open a Chase bank account and get a debit card. I really did give them a fair shot, but I'm tired of all the nickel and dime fees for everything that my good old credit union doesn't do.
So I want to cancel the debit card and close the bank accounts, but I suspect that Chase will try to hit me with a fee for that too. So would it be better to just transfer my entire balance out, then call and tell them to close the accounts, or should I go into a branch and withdrawl everything and close it in person?
