BWI Nov 16 afternoon - regular line packed 200 deep with 10-15 agents. F/DP line had 3 or 4 people with 2 agents. Security has 2 lines open, each with 20-25 people. Maybe 10 minutes total.

SEA Nov 18 late morning - regular line had 100+ people with 1 or 2 agents. F/DM line had 2 people with 2 agents. Security was no line.
