Egyptian departure tax from Taba/Eilat land crossing
Does it exist? What is it? tried google hopeless, egyptian govern't only more so. Some package tours charge a tax but many say this is a scam. I am not on a tour, going by road.

Would like to know before I need to use "scam" ATM or exchg etc... thanks!
