It is really a shame that you have to change your mom's flight because of access to the AC. I don't understand why AA spent all that money refurbishing and upgrading the CDG AC in the satellite area then stopped used the satellite gates. I would love to know if it was a (1) management blunder; (2) short-sighted cost saving idea to go back to using the generic regular gates instead; (3) some kind of screw-over by the airport; etc.
Has anyone used the satellite gates on an AA flight in the past 3 years???
