When I reserved a seat on a shorthaul European flight for tomorrow, the SEN line agent didn't seem to know I could reserve rows 1-2 and offered me row 3. Not a big deal so I didn't argue. Out of 4 rows in C my seat had been the only one reserved – until I went to checkmytrip this morning. Rows 1-2 are still unoccupied. Three more seats are now marked as occupied in rows 3-4 and guess who is the only one with a seat neighbour!
