It used to be, but I have no recent experience.

We're currently holding open-dated AONE3 coupons HKG-KIX-HKG and hoping that we'll be able to use them to get real F, but the variability of equipment on the route means that we might switch to NRT (or even somewhere else entirely, eg BOM) to be sure of getting the F experience we've paid for.
