Sorry... I am angry for a different gripe tied to a DL link provided in this thread:

It deals with NW/DL deep-sixing the no pentalty for cancellation on an award ticket for PE's. The text provided by DL sounded like a LOT of whining from DL (and maybe from other non-PE's) over PE's "hogging" award seats and then skating away "scott free" with no pentalty's or fees when the don't use those seats and then they go unused by others. This makes NO sense. Why the h*** would DL even care about this? If any award seats go empty, they'll just fill them with high paying, last minute PAX... geez!!!
