can you use a pay with miles to upgrade off of a pricey economy (M fare and up?) the cost is much higher than the cheapest economy fare, but you get an ok deal if you end up flying in business

also, i am not sure, but maybe the PMU's can be given to someone else? i'd be willing to share mine since i doubt i will be using any... ever... unless work is paying of course
