There was post (w/in the last week) from a DEN GA saying that they were given a directive to follow the NO TC policy..... only to be offering RT vouchers. They were "experimenting" in DEN and certain other markets (he/she didn't know which).

I tried to search for the thread but ran out of time. If you know the name of GA's or FA's who post, you may have better luck finding it.
