Still not sure about the DTS as it sounds like I won't enjoy the drive. If I ring up and request an SUV will I get one for the same price and what are they likely to offer? I presume the Cherokee and Explorer will be on the list, but I havent driven either.

When we were last in the US (in 07) we had a Pacifica and that worked well for us. Do Avis do a Crossover type vehicle?
