Maybe it's just me but I prefer the lounge in the Westpark. I found the Grand stuffy, and all drinks have to be ordered in the lounge. In the Westpark it is self-serve, and much less crowded. There are also a couple of internet PC's which are neearly always available, and free. Evening snacks are OK. Breakfast is quite good.
It's true, the westpark offers self-service and free internet ( two pc's ) with printer in the lounge, but the snacks in the evening are very poor and the breakfast is ok, but not good.
At the Arabellapark you can get also cocktails and there is a balcony
