I do enjoy watching both Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. They are definitely different from Top Chef but I've grown to like Gordon Ramsey. His passion for cooking comes through loud and clear. And he really cares about improvong the restaurants on his Kitchen Nightmares series.
