It's rare a car dealership will let you pay for a whole car on a credit card, even if MC/Visa approved it.

But you might see if you can get low interest/no interest balance transfer checks from the credit card issuer. Then you could write a check to them and have a low/zero interest rate for a period of time. Of course, whatever rate MC gives you is dependent on your credit.
