Fuel tax refund but charged to make change
I changed the return date on my LHR-JNB-CPT-LHR 50% off F booking and received a refund of just under £40 each. When I queried the low amount I was told that I had been charged £30 per person change fee. Is this correct when I couldn't change the booking online? I feel a bit mean asking for it back as the booking is such a fantastic deal but all the same £60 is £60.
