DJ here in Australia do - Its kinda nice, but my fav has to be getting on a QF plane somewhere in the world and having "I still call Australia home" playing with images from the adverts playing on the IFE. Always makes me feel happy to be heading home...
Never noticed music on BA flights...but then I havent done a BA since 2004.
