I've never flown QF PE but I was under the impression that it shares much of the catering with J (just as AA shares J/F catering, for economy of scale). So the difference is really just the bed, cabin density and garnish. Whereas BA (and LA) share food with Y. A completely different product. BA created WT+ to match VS (and to prevent MFU from Y to J).
