Should I be changing seats? i'm in row 6 isle right behind 1st on the 737-800 from BOS to PDX on 2/27/09. I'm 6' tall. The only exit row seat available is Exit row 15 window.
On a recent flight SEA - DCA, I experimented. Exit row window on the way there, Row 6 on the way back. For me, and I"m 6' 8", Row 6 is a hands down winner. The Exit row with less padding gets more uncomfortable on the longer flights such as BOS, and Row 6 has plenty of leg room.
