OK, so what's the real deal? How far over your credit line can you go with the USAir Barclays World MC?
Its really obvious that the agent didn't know what preset spending limits are. There is a daily amount that you can use most cards for. You may have a 10k credit line but only be able to spend 1k of it per day. No preset spending limit lets you spend the entire credit line all in one day or in one use. Hope that helps...
