I am becoming a luggage expert thanks to you ^
Appreciate the clarification
It is total weight up to two pieces for non elites inter Europe
Because of that rule as I understand it I will take SAS only on a one way flight and do all other legs using connecting flights with BA.
Off topic on luggage
I used to be Gold with United but their partner filtering among other
program and customer service declines left me in the One World orbit as a Sapphire/Plat where I must admit I am happier with overall fairness
If I were SAS I would find other ways to encourage more travel while still imposing fees.
For example the more flights you take with the SAS brand on a journey the costs go down in per flight baggage checks. To give them credit there flights are priced very fairly but the luggage fees excessive IMHO.
