1) 08 Jul 2009
2) Until you reach Gold or 31 August 2009 whichever comes first
3) Almost 13 months from when you qualify for it unless you manage to earn enough to renew it (a month extra for card expiry)
4) Since the start of your membership year - the message never changes even when you have done the 4 whether you are Silver or Gold, it's a constant complaint on here.
