That's just the way I felt after getting mine!

No more faffing around with ActiveSync to Outlook, and then trying to sync Outlook with whatever.

Just attach it to the cable and everything is sync'd everywhere.

And very simple to set up email to my work Exchange server. It took all of 2 minutes.

OK - there are some things missing, but these are things I don't really use anyway. If I want to edit documents, I do it on a laptop.

For me, it just makes everything simple.

Except... no MMS. Come on Apple, it can't be that hard.
