I had a great steak on a Wardair flight once and also a nice trout. They were a great airline to fly with.
My last few inflight steaks, one with BA, have been okay although they do seem to use the "swimming in gravy" method to prevent them from going dry. I don't mind a bit of gravy or "jus" to give it the fancy title but I imagine not everybody does.
