It's interesting that you raise this - I realise many Silver and Gold card holders have mixed opinions on this. In order to recognise long term loyalty and what is going on in the current economic environment, I'd be happy to consider renewing current tier status for those who are a little bit short of renewal as a result in a change in travel policy.

If you feel you fit this category please send me your details via PM including Executive Club membership number, expected travel in the next membership year and any other supporting information. I will consider these on a case by case basis depending on circumstances.
