I don't have enough PC or SPG points. The SQ award I want is Australia-Europe which is 81,000 pp including the 15% online discount. I can get enough Amex points from my Amex to my SQ account for both awards but I don't think I can transfer Amex points to my husband's SQ account and you can't transfer from one SQ account to another.

The ideal situation is to get the SQ miles into a hotel program so we can use them for hotel awards, it doesn't matter if they are booked in his name or mine.
