Where to get the best rate for PEN HKG?
Any ideas where to get the best rate for a 2-day stay end March 09?

Looking at a "Grand Deluxe Harbour View" room or a "Deluxe Harbour View Suite", I see HKD5290 and HKD14220 as "Value the Experience" on their website.

Any insight is appreciated.
