I have a flight going out of GEG tomorrow at 8:30am, but needed to get out sooner, so I selected earlier flight via the OLCI. I could have selected flights going out of GEG today, so within 24 hours, but a day earlier than my flights. So it is possible to do the day before as long as it's not more than 24 hours from original flight.
