Reporting back and GM to PM wasn't as seamless as dirt to FO. I booked several itins on dl.com as a GM. I called SMS once I obtained PM status and was assured that my PM status was displayed correctly. The agent even said she was surprised as she usually had to take out and re-insert the SM number for the PM status to show correctly. So, I believe her until tonight when I don't get the u/g at the 5 day window and see there is plenty of V inventory. I called tonight, and sure enough, the agent said the itin was showing me as plat, but just to be thorough took out my SM number and re-inserted. Boom, I then immediatly had u/gs clear on 2 of 3 outbound segments.

My advice: 1) make sure you are diligent and check for u/gs at your window if you made reservations while at a different Medallion level. 2) No matter what a well intentioned agent says, have them take out your SM number and re-insert it.
