While there are cards that have no annual fee that let you
indirectly earn SW credits, they don't have the huge signup bonus that the official SWA credit card does, so I'm not sure if they would help you much.
That's because they're hotel program cards (where you can transfer the points you earn in the hotel programs to Southwest eventually), but because of the transfer ratio their signup bonuses don't work out to even anywhere near 6 SW credits, I don't think.
A few would be the Choice Visa from BofA (only enough bonus points by itself to get you 4 RR credits at best), or the HHonors Amex (which only gets you rich bonus points if you do a hefty $1500 minimum spend) or the HHonors Visa from Citi, or the Best Western MC from Juniper/Barclays.
