I used the Japanese version of the Japan region site to find out. Simply do a query and will be able to load the seat map and equipment type.

They do sometimes change their equipment on specific dates, e.g. they used a 747 instead of 744 on the HKR-NRT route a few days ago. This is normal, especially considering JAL has so many different configurations of 747.

As for power ports, I don't think so.
