As Beckles said, F on a 319 is a matter of personal choice. Just a note - Row 1 is my favorite even though it's a bulkhead since no one will lean into you - but you may get a crick in the neck to see the video screen. Row 2 is fine so long as you're not leaned into. Row 3 is fine, but I suspect the pitch might be a tiny bit less than for 1 or 2 due to the bulkhead between F and Y. They're all good - considering you're in F.

Otherwise, in coach ask for the exit row - since as a Preferred you can prereserve it (but never online of course).
