Firstly not sure why you think your BD CC has little future. Until any official announcements appear I'd continue to use the BD CC.

However if you were to re-acquire the VS CC I am fairly sure you will not get the 6k bonus. It clearly states this in the T&Cs so the only way you could get bonus is by a mistake. Rather unlikely I'd say and I haven't heard of such a mistake happening before.
