I tried a few times last week to change my card, but the lines were always long. At City Hall there's a sign estimating a 45 minute wait if there's 10-15 people in line. I'm not sure why it takes so long to process.

I thought I'd try at Changi after checking in, but there's very limited hours for card exchanges, and the window didn't open until noon.

Will the old cards keep working after September?
