Little Miss Efin is 2 and apart from the fact its virtually impossible to get her into ANY buggy, we now tend to take a little Cosatto buggy with is - its basic in the terms its not a padded "travel system" like our Silver Cross, but it folds down quite short, and takes up very little space width wise. They are pretty cheap and it might even be worth hedging your bets and putting your main buggy in the hold to take to Mia and keep the little one in something like this which would be far easier to take on board.

As crew, I always try to accommodate push-chairs onboard, but as mentioned in the other thread about it, when you rock up to the aircraft door with a 3 wheeler off roading machine with its own overhead and underslung storage lockers, then it is a totally different story. These small folding push-chairs are are great for bringing onboard.
Sorry to hear about the return flights FliGuy... especially the long haul sector... that is quite a pitiful excuse for the crew really, and quite shameful in my opinion.
