A quick heads-up...

How much do you reckon it would cost to fix those head rests on the domestic and short haul fleet?

Being 6ft 3" with multiple long-term back and neck problems, it's not only bloody uncomfortable trying to catch some sleep with the head rest in the broken / 'down' position, it also guarentees my back will ache twice as much for the next week.

It seems the only way to get a working head rest which actually stays 'up' when you want it to is to sit in a 'B' or 'E' middle seat (which I don't want to). They always seem to work, I guess through being used less, so the mechanism hasn't broken...

Does anyone else find this, or am I just plain unlucky? It would be so easy, surely, to just fix them?!

It would be a damn site cheaper than my weekly physio and associated medical bills...
