QF PE >> BA PE > LA PE, IMHO.

I agree QF's premium economy is more like business-lite, whereas BA's premium economy is just a bit better seat.

LA's premium economy (narrow body a/c) is normal economy seat but with more legroom and normally middle seat blocked (not guaranteed). They also have slightly better meal service than economy. Okay for a short hop, not so good if spending half a day on it (eg EZE-SCL-GYE-UIO).
