And, no, you cannot get the taxes refunded unless you change your ticket to a one-way, at which point the fare difference would defeat the tax savings.
Seeing the recent precedent that the fare rules against dropping one leg are illegal, precisely how far does it go in respect to airlines flying to Switzerland? Can they be sued in Swiss courts to force the refund of taxes?
