The link posted by dfwmusician clearly states:

Full-Fare First-Class traveling nonstop on two-class transcontinental flight (booked in F or Z inventory)

Are you on AAnytime F awards or MilesAAver U awards, if the answer is "yes" to either, then yes, you will be allowed in the BOS AC.
