Agree with above about the customer service--both phone and email.
The new website won't let me sign in to see my account even though I am definitely using the proper username and password. The only way I can sign in is the request a temporary password and sign in with that. If i then try to change the temp to permanent new password and try signing in with that, it again does not work. The website also won't allow you to cut and paste username password etc. Very wasteful time. Site is pretty but poorly functional.
As a platinum, the benefits when i stay are indeed paltry compared to Hilton, Marriott, Starwood elite. Too bad.
