1. Yes, if you arrive in LX F, you can use the LX F lounge with an onward boarding pass.

2. As far as I know, there are only showers at the F lounge.

3. No duckies, since there is no bath

4. Not sure - no personal experience. But I'm told Zurich is a great city even for a short layover.

5. The Wing is one of the few options at the late hour that LX flight leaves. All the Star carriers that operate their own lounge finish their flights much earlier.

6. PJs and slippers on LX F. Ask if they don't offer it to you.

7. If you arrive early, you can use any of the Star lounges (recommendation UA and/or TG, skip the SQ lounge). Both TG and UA lounges are quite airy and nice with decent food options. However, I would prefer to arrive in the airport later and spend more time in HKG.
