Heyya- not sure if i should put it here or in the photo forum-
I'm using Mac and have recently stupidly deleted some files. Tried to recover them, but it the program can never really get past the 50% mark... It does but ones it gets there it goes REALLLLLY slow. not sure if that's a hardware problem or a software one. and no, i cant get my stuff in the first half of the harddrive. so i do want to try other programs to see if i can get past the mark?

Any recommendations for a freeware or a cheap shareware? I was using testdisk 6.10 photorec. it's a full version so i dont expect bugs there....
Or is that a glitch on my mac??
