Best place for a suit: HK v Bangkok v Hoi An

I've seen this topic come up before, but am really interested in a comparison.

I think it's time to get some proper suits made up. I'm not into really into top notch stuff, but at the same time have had a frustrating week in London department stores trying to get something decent.

I should be able to get to HK, Bangkok and Hoi An in the coming weeks.

I suppose I'm thinking about US$200 to US$300 range....
