Yeah, I also passed 10,000 BIS miles. Expected 4 complimentary e-500s, but nada. It is a pain because if I don't get them in the next few days, I'll have to purchase a pack for an upcoming IAD-DEN. Certainly don't want to use 15,000 miles for that!
