e500s not posting, unhelpful MP Support
Completed my first 10K BIS on UA metal on 6 January....miles posted on 8 January. Saturday, 10 January comes and goes, no e500s and no CR-1s. Called MP Support, CSR tells me that because my miles posted "late", I should wait until the next Saturday for the e500s. Tells me CR-1s post on the THIRD Saturday of each month.
Last night comes and goes. Nothing. Call MP Support, get the MNL office. CSR first tells me that my SWUs posted in January. No kidding.
Next she tells me that I had a late posting on 8 January and that my upgrades didn't post because of that. I explain that it's now been TWO Saturdays since they posted. Put on hold. She returns to tell me that e500s post on Saturday nights so mine will post later today. I explain it's SUNDAY. Put on hold.
She comes back on to insist that my e500s will post later today even though she knows they are supposed to post on Saturday. Then tells me that CR-1s only post QUARTERLY and that since my last CR-1s posted in November the next ones will post in February.
Ask to speak to a Supervisor. "Mike" comes on the line. Promises to investigate the e500s but continues to insist that CR-1s only post quarterly. I explain to him that in my experience it's monthly. He tells me that the UA Sales and Marketing Department are making lots of changes due to that "economic fiasco" and that he'll check on them for me.
Anyone else having this problem? Who to contact next since I've now spent nearly an hour on the phone with three separate "MP Support" CSRs trying to explain their program to them?
