Haha its been right there the whole time.

I somehow kept missing it as all the links kept taking me to the "enhancements page"

However: it says no fee unless "routing changes"

Would going from a Sin-NRT flight (with stop in BKK) to a SIn-NRT (nonstop) qualify as a routing change or not?
