The base fare (Y Class Route Deal was £420) LHR-CPH-LHR. Normally when I upgrade this (I fly this route once every two months), the online T-24 upgrade fee is about £80 round trip, I believe the drop from £80 to £67 to be due to the reduced fuel surcharge. As I said I have done this a few times with no hitch, but this time was charged £360 instead of £67, bringing up the price of the total ticket to £780, which is ridiculous.

Seems like I am not the only person to have experienced this, and now without screen shots I am probably going to be stuffed. I hope that having a gold card, and with Dilly's help I can get back what is owing to me.

Thanks for your support guys....
