So I asked the AC telephone reservation agent, whether she could tell me the flight number of the arriving plane, the departing city of the arriving plane, and when it would arrive in LAS. She told me that AC telephone reservation agents did not have that capability to track the status of a given plane in terms of linking the status of the arriving and departing flights. However, I have done this sucessfully several times in the past with AC telephone reservation agents. I wanted to know if only a few agents had this capability - or whether all agents had this capability - and whether this agent who told me that no agent could do this, was making that statement in error?
Hang up and try again... Seems to work great with AC.
Or call a concierge as you are SE. The info is available. They may have to put you on hold and call someone else to get it.
